Manage the company's ISO 9001 quality management system and played a key role in achieving ISO 27001 information security certification, maintaining ongoing compliance across both standards. Manage technical relationships with key vendor partners including HP, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
Maintained and managed the council's web server infrastructure, developing and deploying websites for external customers and internal council departments. Delivered projects using modern front-end technologies alongside leading CMS and hosting platforms.
Onboarded and managed technically complex client accounts, conducting comprehensive website audits using specialist tooling to benchmark performance ahead of SEO campaigns. Acted as the bridge between technical delivery and client strategy.
